Alfonso Archer is a premier Realtor in South Florida, with extensive experience in underwriting deals, analyzing properties, and conducting market research in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Born and raised in South Florida, Alfonso obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, specializing in Managerial Accounting. He has been devoted to real estate in every capacity since buying his first home at the age of 22.

With 9 years of banking experience, Alfonso has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in finance and lending. He is also a certified Personal Credit Specialist, which further demonstrates his deep understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions.

Alfonso’s experience in underwriting deals, analyzing properties, and conducting market research allows him to provide his clients with valuable insights and advice when buying or selling properties. He obtained his realtor license in 2015 and has sold properties in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Additionally, in 2020 he expanded his interests into commercial and multifamily real estate transactions and continues to build his knowledge and expertise. Currently, as a General Partner on 75 doors, Alfonso plans to add to his portfolio by networking and adding exceptional value to his team and business partners.

Outside of his professional life, Alfonso enjoys staying active through long-distance running, including participating in events such as the Zoo Miami 5K Run. He also loves traveling to different countries, having visited 10 so far and over 30 cities around the world. When not exploring new places, Alfonso can be found binging Netflix and spending time with his family and friends, including his son Alfonso III who is 4 months old.

In recognition of his achievements and contributions to the community, the city of North Miami Beach has proclaimed Alfonso Archer Day on his birthday, November 14th. With his dedication to real estate, extensive banking experience, and commitment to living life to the fullest, Alfonso is truly an inspiring individual.
